  • Desires and Hopes

Lord please don’t leave this night unfinished
Midnight dreams entwined the minutes to God’s accord
Drifting through the Cosmos with each stroke of ore

Prophesy of the clock of time has foretold
Please understand this is my ineluctable fate
Consumed by this dream that allows me to recreate

Midnight oil is about to be squandered and spent
Let the minutes pass slowly as this time is dreamt
Grant me my dream, I humbly voluntarily consent

Cosmos weaving what could never be foreseen
Lord thanks for this lovely behind the world scene
Only desires and hopes will esteem this night of dreams ©2008

  • This is beautiful.

I always pick up on certain words that are my favorite. I love,  Midnight dreams entwined the minutes

Prophesy of the clock of time has foretold. I love old clocks. But I never wear a watch on my wrist , for it rules my time and makes me rush through life. I become restless.

Midnight oil . I have spent many of nights writting by the lamp light. Those are my favorite times.

Cosmos weaving . Enchanting. I love this.

    Wishing you a Grand Day

    Hugs  Gypsy
